 I suffered from Arthritis and Sciatica for all of my working life, having to give up well paid jobs on several occasions, when unable to continue due to pain. The worst of it, is the fact that the NHS failed me from the age of 16 years and ever since, by failing to recognise the obvious signs, that I had a MIS-ALIGNMENT in my spine / pelvis, which was the cause of the agonising pain I suffered all of my adult life, which resulted in me needing a hip replacement and eventually Spinal Compression. 

  My aim, since having my Flexibility Restored has been to offer this knowledge to all sufferers of Back Pain.
